Once you place your order, you will receive an email containing your order number and your ordered items. In the unlikely event, you’ll need to contact us, your order number will help us identify your exact order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email containing your tracking reference.
All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Your order will arrive in a plain, padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained within the envelopes or boxes. Inside will be your product and an invoice. We may even throw in a free gift!
Standard International and Signed-For Registered mail can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, as staff at your P.O Box depot, can sign for your packages.
Unfortunately, companies such as FedEx and other express couriers require customer signatures, and therefore cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You may be able to discuss this with your specific courier, but we are unable to do this on your behalf.
We try to send out orders placed by Bitcion and Amazon Gift card within the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference, if applicable. You can use this number to track your package through your chosen courier. Occasionally, items in your order may be temporarily out of stock. We endeavor to ship these items to you as soon as they are restocked.
Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas.
While we carefully pack all orders, due to circumstances out of our control orders can occasionally be damaged in transit. In the unlikely event this happens, please take a photograph of your item(s) and email it to us, along with images of your invoice and packaging.
Once we receive your photos, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
You may be required to send the damaged item back. We will provide a packing slip, and will pay any delivery costs incurred.
Important: Please fully inspect your item for damage before use. We are not able to provide replacements or refunds for items that have been used.
Please note that if an incorrect address is entered on your order and as a result, our courier is unable to deliver the item the product may be returned to sender. If an order is returned to sender and you would like it to be re-shipped, there will be a $19.95 surcharge for re-delivery which is imposed by DHL / Fedex. If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order – please email us. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped there will be a $9.95 charge applied which is imposed by DHL / Fedex. Any shipping costs after the first 30 days are paid by the customer.

After you place your order, the information you provided will be reviewed and filled by our pharmacist, Once approved and processed, your order status will be set to approve and moved to process. Your order will then be shipped to you the following working day.

Refund Policy

Due to federal and local laws, we can not receive medication back after they were shipped – if in the unlikely event your order did not arrive or was lost – we will issue an immediate refund or send another parcel as per your request.

Once you receive your medications, we will only provide a refund if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order please notify us within one week of receipt at  contact@weedsjoints.com Your claim will be carefully studied and appropriate steps will be taken immediately to avoid similar problems in the future.

If you feel you are entitled to a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.

Weeds Joints will only provide a refund for complaints received within 60 days from the date of the shipment.
